Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Homecare Services Marketer/Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our homecare services to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, be self-motivated, result driven, possess excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals and objectives by creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, senior living facilities, community residents and organizations.
- Conduct outreach activities including cold calling, networking events, and presentations to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to assess client needs and develop customized marketing strategies.
- Conduct client assessments and provide consultations to educate clients and their families about our services.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner to convert prospects into clients and stay aligned with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and referral sources in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting homecare services.
- Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance sales and marketing skills and promote the company effectively.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare, homecare industry or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking abilities with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing high-quality customer service.
- Ability to create and track a marketing plan that will enhance the company’s growth and brand awareness.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
