Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. You will answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process orders, while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a positive and effective manner
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Process vehicle titles document per customer requests
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as administrative or sales support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a small business setting
- Be willing to work on Saturdays (could be from home after well trained)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
