Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
- Assist with bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces as needed
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong math skills, including the ability to perform basic calculations quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of retail math principles, such as calculating discounts and sales tax
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
