Title: Client Service Coordinator
Summary:
Choose 2 Rent an industry leader in providing electronic equipment to rent is seeking a Client Service Coordinator. The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of client services administration for an assigned block of clients. In this important role, the Client Service Coordinator is the “face” of Choose 2 Rent to our clients, solving complex customer service problems, and maintaining and controlling client orders. Client Service Coordinators serve as the client’s point of contact for all issues and services related to the account and current orders.
Responsibilities:
- Advise creative, high-value technical solutions for our customers
- Resolve the most complex customer service problems directly and provide assistance to clients via email or by phone
- Enter rental orders into our internal booking system
- Monitor existing rental orders and follow up with clients
- Maintain the booking calendar and make sure that all orders are being fulfilled on time and returned on time
- Respond to complaints and escalate to relevant departments if needed
- Coordinate client orders
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers if needed
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor shipments and open trace cases in case of delays
- Assist in creating client-specific proposals

- Highly motivated with a strong interest in electronic equipment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
