Autism Interacts ABA, is looking for a well-qualified dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Behavior Guide, that uniquely invests in creating a positive, warm learning environment for our little Explorers. You will be well supported.

At Autism Interacts ABA, we work hard to help our learners progress on their own ABA Journey. We work to positively interact with each other, our little explorers and the community around us. Autism Interacts ABA, means Progress Unlimited, Our BCBA's take our Young Explorers on an ABA Journey that will be enhanced and guided by the team of Behavior Guides, always utilizing the principles of behavior to increase positive change and results.
We are an established ABA agency with protocols, policies, and procedures in place so that our Behavior Guides(BCBA's) can focus on clinical work for our little explorers.

Experience/Skills
- BCBA
- OPEN MINDED, and looking to solely help your clients.
- Looking for someone who is looking for a more independent role and has a few years of experience under their belt.
- You might have experience working with pediatrics ages 3-10
- You might be a Medicaid Approved Provider for ABA
- You might have experience working in a home, center or school setting with children and individuals with special needs
- You might have experience with providing supervision and creating relationships with RBTs
- You must be enthusiastic with an ability to think "outside the box" and be able to work directly with others and make decisions that will benefit clients and RBTs as well as the company in an environment that involves frequent changes
- This position requires travel as your clients will be in various settings (home/school)
