ROLE: We have an immediate need for a Non-Resident Self Storage Property Manager at one of our four beautiful Las Vegas Area properties. Our ideal managers are reliable, upbeat individuals who want to join our growing self-storage team. This is a full-time, 5 day per week (including Saturday) position at our state-of-the-art facility located at 20 S. Arroyo Grande Blvd, Henderson, NV 89012 .
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Self Storage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our storage facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property maintenance, customer relationships, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the storage facility.
Self Storage Property Manager Responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the storage facility
- Rent storage units and prepare leases
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner and meet customer needs with the highest level of service
- Ensure the facility is clean and well maintained at all times
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, payments, tenant information, rent collections and retail sales and make deposits in a timely manner
- Handle the operations of a self-storage facility in a professional and business-like manner.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- 3 years self-storage, retail or customer service management experience preferred
- Extensive Customer Service experience
- Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility: Saturday hours are required
- Valid Driver's License, Insurance and reliable transportation
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required, SiteLink and CallPotential experience a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS, but not required

- NEWLY REVISED! Base pay range is $19.25-$22.50 per hour based on experience
