As a Property Care Coordinator at One Home Solution, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our Members. We are seeking an individual with a strong blend of customer service skills, home maintenance repair knowledge, and the ability to accurately assess repair needs and provide quotes based on verbal descriptions and pictures. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service by effectively communicating with Members (Homeowners) to understand their maintenance and repair needs.
- Assess maintenance and repair requests remotely by reviewing verbal descriptions and pictures provided by Members (Homeowners).
- Utilize your expertise in home maintenance and repair to accurately diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Generate detailed and accurate estimates for repairs based on assessments and discussions with Members.
- Coordinate the scheduling and routing of the Property Care team through technology platform to ensure timely dispatch of technicians to Members homes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions, ensuring Member satisfaction at every step of the process.
- Continuously update your knowledge of home maintenance techniques, products, and industry best practices.

What You’ll Bring:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
- Solid understanding of home maintenance and repair principles, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
- Ability to accurately assess repair needs based on verbal descriptions and pictures provided by customers.
- Proficiency in creating detailed and accurate estimates for repairs.
- Skilled in fundamentals of routing and scheduling appointments efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the home maintenance or construction industry is preferred.

Salary:
$55-60,000 Annually
Schedule:
In office, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5
