WHO WE WANT:
The Director of 1stImpressions plays a critical role in the front-office functioning of our firm. With responsibility for the opening and closing of the office, greeting our clients and answering incoming phone calls. The Director of 1stImpressions helps keep the office running smoothly and ensures that all clients are greeted either in person or on the phone with a friendly, professional demeanor.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Open the office in the morning, preparing the front for our first clients of the day.
- Greeting clients as they enter the firm.
- Answering incoming phone calls and getting them to the appropriate person.
- Preparing fedex for the day, dropping it off at the end of the day.
- Ensuring the client waiting area and conference room is always presentable.
- Closing the office at the end of the day.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Requires:
- Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to go above and beyond to make our clients feel welcomed.
- Helpful:
- Interest in and knowledge of financial markets and investment securities.
- Previous securities industry experience.
- Attendance is an essential function.
- Salary is commensurate with experience.
