Job Duties:
- Oversee the financial chart process for services provided to clients.

Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices for Private pay, Deductibles, Co-pays etc.

Verify insurance coverage for incoming clients.

Manage communications to facilitate payment coverage approvals.

Explain financial policies and procedures to clients and their families.

Discuss payment options, co-pays, deductibles, and financial responsibilities with clients.

Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections.

Prepare and review reports to identify overdue accounts.

Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the business office.

Work with Admissions and administrative staff and coordinate their tasks and schedules.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to billing and financial documentation.

Collaborate with the admissions department to verify client insurance and financial information.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and families regarding financial matters.

Prepare regular financial reports for management review.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications

Previous experience in substance use or mental health treatment preferred.

Bachelors degree or higher. Coursework in counseling, psychology, or social work preferred.

Knowledge of insurance plans, coding, and healthcare regulations required.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player. Excellent communication skills both oral and written
