We have an immediate opening in our Ronkonkoma location. Our company leases and sells mobile offices, modular buildings, containers, security guard booths, and office containers. We are seeking an individual who has strong customer service skills, is organized, and has excellent communication skills.
Job duties include:
- Making confirmation calls for deliveries and pick ups
- Assisting customers with any issues relating to dispatch
- Taking termination calls
- Scheduling the pick up of equipment
- Liaison between dispatch and drivers
- Communicating with individuals from other departments (sales, collections, etc.)
- Assisting dispatcher
