Description (including, but not limited to):
Assisting with increased Field Services workload due to organization wide return to office effective July 1, 2024; primary focus will be resolving incidents and assisting with AV initiative to bring support more in-house.
Current AV equipment in use includes Crestron room controllers and scheduling panels, various brands of displays, and VIA wireless presentation devices.
Required Skills
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds regularly.
Large scale deployments of 500+ machines preferred.
Must be able to stand and move around in classroom style setting daily.
Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN client, Microsoft Office suite, and Windows 10.
Day to day work will consist of:
- Gathering information and creating initial inventory of AV equipment county wide
- Working through automated task for AV proactive checklist on regular cadence
- Assisting with small scale upgrades/installs of AV equipment
- Completing standard Field Services (desktop) support requests and break/fix incidents
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
