Job Title: Program Manager/Site Lead (Senior)
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (On-site)
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
Inalab Consulting has a contingent opening (based on contract award) for a Senior Program Manager/Site Lead to manage the Army PMOSE contract.
Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA PR actioner Level in Program Management is a plus.

Preferred Certifications: DAWIA Advanced Level in Program Management.
Required Skills and Capabilities:
-
Provide oversight of large, multi-functional project teams in a systems development environment. Create and manage.
-
Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and milestone events including Defense Acquisition System milestone decisions.

Plan and manage complex tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints.

Provide administrative and technical leadership, including responsibility for cost, schedule, subcontract management, overseeing invoicing, delivery of all contract deliverables, and overall performance.

Plan and procure necessary staffing to achieve work completion milestones and deliverables.

Coordinate with the COR to promptly fill vacancies.

Supervise, provide leadership to and oversight of contractor personnel to ensure performance is in accordance with the PWS.

Coordinate tasks and monitor fulfillment of contract requirements to ensure quality and timeliness of services/deliverables to various customers.

Review reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified objectives.
Experience Requirements:

Ten (10) years DoD program management, Government technical management.

Experience should be in the areas of cross-functional analysis of acquisition strategy, Program of Record documentation, Joint Capabilities Integration Development System, life cycle cost modeling, programmatic risk, configuration management, requirements, and budget documentation.

Must demonstrate strong management and leadership abilities; written and oral communications skills; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management.

Experience within the DoD Biometrics community or Interagency Biometrics stakeholders in a Defense Acquisition environment is preferred.
