Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Administrative and Recruiting Specialist who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing recruitment inquiries, facilitating the onboarding process for clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a background in health/mental care and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage recruitment calls and conduct initial screenings of potential candidates
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, candidates, and internal team members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written communication)
- Previous experience in healthcare or mental care administration/recruiting
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be able to work in person at our office location
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience using recruiting software or applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards
