Purpose Statement:
- The US Patient Services team is an industry leading organization, providing unparalleled patient support that results in improved brand loyalty and patient satisfaction.
- The Client Contracting Administrator reports to the Manager of Client Operations to perform vendor contracting and invoicing operational administrative support.
Major Responsibilities:
- Will process purchase orders, invoices, statements of work, contract amendments, credit memos, and other contracting documentation and requests
- Serves as a liaison between our business and our vendors
- Will be responsible to hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines
- Being positive and building strong relationships is critical for this role
- Will identify key data points from lengthy contracts and be able to quickly understand the nature of the work
Qualifications:
- Procurement and Financial acumen
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management experience
- Attention to detail, strong reading comprehension
Technical experience:
- Excel (Must have)
- Contracts experience (must have) – not just creating but reviewing and analyzing
- SAP (strongly preferred)
- Smartsheet (preferred)
- Power BI (preferred)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
