Executive Assistant
The Role:
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to report to the President of Buster and Punch, Inc. In this role you will provide administrative and business operational support to the President and North American sales managers. This is a full-time position and must be based in Western United States (preferably California).
Job Responsibilities:
- Traffics, manages, organizes tasks and requirements of President, for North American operation, also supporting: sales managers, local and support team members, with all daily activities of the North American “virtual office” – to keep on task for deliverables on schedule
- Liaison and go-to for all projects and tasks that North America requires of UK head-office departmental teams– to be on top of constant follow-up and reminders to get things done – efficiently and timely, including: dealer and agency rep contracts, on-boarding, display planning and fulfilment, and tasks required for smooth dealer implementation
- Trained, has access, and capable of generating all sales reports, customer reports, dealer, trade, and agency rep reports – for President and sales team.
- Manages and maintains contact lists, tradeshow/event leads – and coordinates and syncs with UK head marketing departments for campaigns and engagement and lead generation tactics
- Produces and deploys local North American market, monthly e-marketing newsletter on behalf of President, or VP Sales, or sale manager for: “sales insights” and “news/updates/specials” etc. – targeted to in-network sales agencies and dealers/retailers
- Back-office support for President – while on-road. Will work hours that follow President’s travel schedule, timelines – has to keep up with fast pace, high intensity executive
- Is the backup and Goto when President is not available - for team, VIP clients, owners, and executives of dealers/retailers, etc.
- Taking the initiative to research, implement and improve processes
The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
You will have the following skills and qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience at the Executive Assistant level. Ideally 2 or more years of interior/home design/fashion experience or working within the industry as a project or operations coordinator.
- Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to properly handle confidential information
- Strong communication, composition, editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Ability to communicate exceptionally to all levels in the Company, both verbal and written

- Self-starter who can operate independently and is able to problem solve and make decisions
