We are seeking an experienced CFO/Assistant CFO / Sr. Controller. We are growing and have new, exciting opportunities for the right candidate who is motivated, knowledgeable, and willing to take their earning potential to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, taxation, forecasting, and auditing. Ensure that the financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization's short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the financial strategy of the company. This includes long-term financial planning and forecasting, risk management, and investment strategies.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements. Ensure the timely reporting of key financial data and updates to the CEO.
Compliance: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions. This includes tax planning and compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Leadership: Direct the Finance and accounting team and ensure their ongoing professional development and training. Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., CPA, CFA).
- Automotive / Dealership Experience preferred.
- 2-4 years experience in senior financial managerial roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
