Trade Show and Event Executive Assistant
Overview:

- Assist in project coordination and execution within the trade department.
- Manage office tasks such as file organization and data entry.
- Support event planning activities related to trade shows and exhibitions.
- Utilize Outlook Calendar and phone systems for effective communication.
- Collaborate with the team on office management tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Office applications for daily tasks.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate projects and work effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of office procedures and file management.
- Prior experience in event planning is a plus.
