Duties:

- Assist with QuickBooks tasks as required,
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately

-Collection calls
-Assist in service call routing slips
-Data Entry
Skills:
- Previous experience and electrical knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in using various office software applications, MS office, Word, Excell, spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is advantageous
