Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Coordinate and assist with various projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed
