**Manager in Training** **Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This role is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and grow within our organization. As a Manager in Training, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to prepare you for a successful career in store management. **Responsibilities:** - Assist in team management, including training and supervising staff members - Support store operations, such as payroll processing, sales tracking, and inventory management - Learn to operate and manage Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively - Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Assist with clerical tasks, including organizing paperwork and maintaining records - Develop organizational skills by overseeing stock levels and merchandise displays - Shadow experienced managers to learn store management best practices **Skills:** - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Familiarity with payroll processes is advantageous - Prior experience in sales or retail is beneficial - Ability to operate POS systems efficiently - Demonstrated organizational skills - Knowledge of stock management principles Joining us as a Manager in Training offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of store operations while preparing for a leadership role.
