Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and assisting guests with reservations
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Managing hotel reservations and ensuring accuracy of booking information
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with night audit duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing reservations and guest information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
