Position Summary / Purpose
Create high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of restoration services.
Facilitate the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer’s property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs, downtime following property damage.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Exceed profitability targets on managed projects
- Plan and execute project from conception to completion
- Obtain written contracts and payment terms for projects
- Maintain efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork from the job site to administration
- Coordinate resource planning of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors with Superintendent
- Maintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-the-art technology as it pertains to the delivery of our services
- Coordinate estimates from subcontractors
- Order materials required for projects and coordinate delivery to job site
- Maintain effective communication with customers and all involved parties – including third-party owners, building engineers, property managers, tenants, etc.
- Perform property inspections and complete reports
- Determine and define scope of work and deliverables
- Predict resources needed to complete project
- Obtain all permits, approvals, and other required documents
- Create and maintain project budget and manage all job costs
- Help Superintendent provide direction for subcontractors
- Write all sub contracts
- Handle all buyout activity
- Create and maintain all billing and job expenses
- Ensure progress meets/exceeds schedule expectations
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Run construction OAC meetings
- Create and manage all change management
- Create and update schedule
- Order job necessities and materials
- Handle all owner/sub project management communication
- Perform jobsite QA/QC inspections
Working Relationships and Scope
- Works with Estimators to review job estimates
- Coordinates with marketing for follow-up and job evaluation with customers
- Coordinates with customer and administration function for timely collection of project payment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
