Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Must be able to:

- Have the flexibility to accept changes in doctors' schedules/hours
- Excellent organizational skills
- Provide stable employment history with references
Experience: Highly Preferred: Customer service in a healthcare office or fast-paced, highly interactive customer service and office-type environment
Computer skills are a must, with experience and the ability to learn and adapt to different software programs (i.e. Quickbooks, our current medical software)
Greet and check in/out patients in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain a professional reception area
Schedule appointments, collect/process payments, close end of day financials
Check the daily schedule for accuracy
Answer telephone calls and return telephone messages with professionalism
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify and be able to explain insurance to a patient
Prepare new patient charts accurately
Accurately file patient information
