We are seeking a talented and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting qualified candidates to join our caring team. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various caregiving positions within the company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring offices and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Home Care experience is preferred
