National Laser Institute is the nation’s leading medical aesthetics training institute with brick and mortar locations in Scottsdale, Arizona, Dallas, Texas and Chicago, Illinois. we also conduct hotel seminars in Boston, California, Philadelphia, Austin, Houston, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Nashville and New York. We train estheticians, nurses, doctors and career changers in the wonderful world of cosmetic injections (Botox and fillers) and aesthetic technologies (laser hair removal, photo facial, skin tightening, tattoo removal, Cool Sculpting and more). We also operate medical spas out of the same facilities.
We are open to candidates who have managed health and beauty establishments (med spas, day spas, hair salons, medical practices, hotel spas or other health and wellness businesses). We also will consider applicants who have managed other types of businesses with similar operational aspects.

Requirements of Spa co-Manager:
- Prior management history (any industry) for a minimum of 3 consecutive years overseeing a minimum of 5 staff
- Strong computer skills

Daily Responsibilities of Manager:
1. Work with spreadsheets or Excel docs for calculation of revenue and profits
2. Motivate team members with ongoing sales promotions and internal contests
3. Greet customers with a smile
4. Resolve guest challenges
5. Perform other duties such as setting up rooms for day, pulling charts and other tasks as assigned
6. Scheduling instructors and other staff (many part-time and contract employees)
