Comba Telecom Systems (“Comba”), a leading provider of wireless solutions in the world, provides the infrastructure and solutions to mobile operators and enterprises to enhance and extend their wireless communications networks. Due to the expansion of our US facility in Milpitas, CA, we are looking for Marketing and Sales Assistantto join our team.
Responsibility:
- Plan, coordinate, manage and execute the corporate tradeshow event schedule within specified budgets. Duties include booth design, logistics, demo products, collateral and customer giveaways.
- Execute the day-to-day delivery of email marketing campaigns, quarterly newsletters, trade show invitations, event materials, etc.
- Assist in the review, creation and distribution of quarterly product catalog/brochure updates and the official product price list.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Support to ensure all outbound company documents (quotes, manuals, purchase orders) follow and adhere to company branding guidelines.
- Assists in the development and creation of new branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials.
- Manage the Combausa.com website through Wordpress CMS (Content Management System).
- Prepare and deliver sales quotes and proposals for Sales Directors, new customers, and Distributors.
- Review and approve orders for processing.
- Maintain, organize, and keep up-to-date customer information, orders, and account contacts within CRM.
- Help to generate and compile sales reports for analysis by sales leadership.
- Support other strategic Sales and Marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline required.
- Ability to handle code with HTML, CSS, Javascript.
- 3+ years experience in marketing or inside sales support role.
- In depth knowledge of up to date web-design trends and techniques.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated with strong communication skill and work well in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
