We are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will also provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products & programs.
This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organization, professionalism and attention to detail.

- Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers and peers
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to process and understand customer responses
- Provide outstanding customer service to our customers while adhering to established company policies and procedures
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Qualifications
Experience:
- Prior admin experience a plus
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Prior warehouse experience a plus
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Education:
- High School diploma or GED
