Payroll Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Collect and enter timesheet data accurately and timely.
- Update payroll records by entering changes in employee information.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for review by management.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer any payroll-related inquiries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll tax returns.
- Generate W-2 forms for all employees at year end.
- Process garnishments and other payroll deductions.
- Allocate and track paid time off (PTO) for employees.
- Manage employee benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Minimum of one year of previous experience in payroll or accounting.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

Expected Hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Payroll: 1 year (Required)
