Pay: $41,000-$43,000 annually
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday
Work Location: In-office
Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and engaging Senior Team Lead to join our rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading, supporting others, and has exceptional communication skills. They will play a vital role in coaching, developing, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Senior Team Lead will also be responsible for promoting and supporting the company's mission, core values, and goals.
Duties Include:
- Listening to and addressing employee concerns
- Fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and collaboration
- Working collaboratively with their team and other departments to provide solutions to challenges.
- Supporting/mentoring new and existing employees
- Cross training new and existing employees
- Supporting the onboarding experience and assisting new hires with acclimating to the company culture
- Evaluating employee performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Using a variety of coaching methodologies and providing timely feedback
- Providing back-up support during peak times or shortages
- Creating documented resources for team.
- Attending client meetings/trainings as needed.
- In collaboration with management, assists in the quality improvement process.
- Able to adapt to change quickly and professionally.
- Able to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Various other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skills that strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle stress and tight deadlines.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Able to learn complex cross-functional processes.

Experience:
- Contact Center Leadership: 3 years (Required)
- Program Management: 1 years (Preferred)
