Vantage Care, LLC is hiring for a Full-time Remote Digital Marketer
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. As a Digital Marketer you will shape our online presence and optimize digital channels to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital channels.
- Manage social media strategy, including resource mapping, content creation, user-generated content management, metrics analysis, and execution of the social strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation in the digital space.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with Regional Director of Business Development to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist with brand management initiatives to uphold and promote the company's brand identity across digital channels.
- Assist the Regional Director of Business Development with brand management, marketing to communities, members, and the Vantage Portfolio community.
- Contribute to other marketing initiatives and projects as needed with some onsite events monthly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role with a successful track record.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Solid background in various aspects of digital marketing, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Demonstrated experience in social media strategy, resource mapping, content creation, metrics/analysis, and execution.
- Excellent writing skills across all marketing communication types (social media, website content, email newsletters, blog posts, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to the success of the marketing team.
