Nightingale Services Inc., is an exciting and committed Home care agency, seeking a Regional Manager for our Georgia areas. Must work at one of our GA offices full-time (Savannah or Atlanta).
Our Home care agency provides recipients with the flexibility and freedom in choosing their caregivers, such as their family members and loved ones; to support them through our program. We are providing home care services in multiple areas of Georgia, for the residents in the community that require support with ADL's (assisted daily living), that may have a physical and/or developmental disability.

The Regional Manager is responsible for the successful administration and management of the office staff, including budgetary and business operations of our services. This role will provide leadership, supervision, guidance, and support to all staff and is responsible for communication of all policies and procedures, and on-call availability.
The primary purpose of this role is to bring further growth and awareness of our services to the community while overseeing, and guiding daily operations.

Qualifications:
- Home care experience
- Experience managing office staff
- Leadership and detail-oriented skills
- Exceptional customer service Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
- Experience with administrative functions including supervision of staff, hiring, staff development and evaluation.
- Must be driven by a positive attitude, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
- Must have strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate policies and procedures
- Direct, and supervise all aspects of the program, while conducting staff meetings, and performing community outreach to provide appropriate and efficient member contact, services, and satisfaction.
- Oversee the process of hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating all employees and independent contractors.
- Monitor the scheduling of staff to ensure efficiency of member contact and program coverage.
- Maintain constructive and productive internal and external communications with staff, managers, members, families/guardians, caregivers, vendors, and funding sources.
- Distribute payments of stipends and process payroll to all caregivers for their services provided.
- The fiscal administration of the program includes billing, budget preparation, and submitting required program statistical and/or financial reports.
- Ensure all program recordkeeping and documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support the development and growth of all members served in the program.
- Ensure the health and safety of individuals and staff through compliance with agency policies, OSHA and other safety standards.
- Ensure that staff and caregivers receive appropriate certifications and training to perform duties adequately.
- Ensure that the caregivers meet all regulatory and contractually mandated requirements.
- Support all elements of programmatic processes as warranted by staffing needs including such tasks as intakes, facilitating caregiver matching, transition etc
