Title: Assistant General Manager at El Bolero – Design District, under Route 62 Hospitality.
Reporting Relationship: The position will directly report to the General Manager of El Bolero – Design District as well as ownership of Route 62 Hospitality.
Job Description (responsibilities to include but are not limited to):
· Assists in overall financial accountability of the restaurant through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
· Assists in controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
· Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes appropriate disciplinary actions, motivates and trains.
· Assumes accountability for restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reporting to enhance restaurant results.
· Ensures OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met.
· Ensures food quality and customer satisfaction.
· Implements and manages employee motivation and recognition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
