Entry Level Client Relations Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide superb customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a professional manner
- Appropriately manage any customer complaints or concerns by understanding their perspective and providing solutions unique to their needs
- Work within a team and troubleshoot as needed with the client-assigned
- Keep track of inventory and input all customer information into our system accurately
- Maintain all compliance standards and safety protocols
- Create a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among all staff.
- Participate in meetings to increase customer engagement and stay up to date on trends, new protocols, and other strategies to provide an elite level of success for the client
Our Entry Level Client Relations Manager Role Requires The Following:
- Experience in a client relations, management, leadership, or customer service-focused position will be an asset in this role
- Associates, Bachelor, or intern positions will compensate if the experience is minimal due to our in-house training provided
- High School Diploma or GED is essential
- The ability to thrive independently as well as within a cohesive team environment
- Confidant in working independently under limited supervision and demonstrating a high degree of personal accountability
- Ability to make decisions and recommendations within authorized parameters
- Eager, Ambitious, and comfortable interacting with potential clients
