Clinic Director Position Overview:

The Clinic Director is an individual who functions and is designated as the clinic “CEO.”

Conducting initial evaluations, reevaluations, treatment planning, and treatment implementation.

Responsible for daily operation of the clinic and oversight of clinical and non-clinical teammates

The CD is responsible to promote proper and efficient utilization of quality services and program development; helps develop and maintain systems to increase referrals and programmatic growth; where applicable, collaborates with and effectively responds to digital marketing strategies; communicates with local physicians, other medical staff, and program/service stakeholders across the care continuum to promote improved patient service in their local community.

Ability to cultivate and maintain a team-oriented and collaborative work environment.

Takes initiative in pursuing and directing continuing education for professional growth and competency for self and their team.

Coordinates selection, coaching, orientation, mentoring and goal setting to promote improved team members performance and quality of care enhancement.

What You Will Need:

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program

Proof of current or pending state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP in respective state
