Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's expectations
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Follow proper food handling procedures at all times
Skills:
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or culinary settings
- Proficiency with knives and various kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation techniques
- Strong understanding of food handling and safety guidelines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a dietary department or food service establishment is a plus
