Overview:
We are a host travel agency that is quickly expanding and are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our agents.
Duties:
- Fulfill duties for the Company's onboarding program for new agents entering the travel industry
- Provide training, guidance, and support to new agents in relation to industry regulations, best practices, and the Company's policies and procedures
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other Company departments to ensure a seamless and consistent onboarding experience for new agents
- Monitor the progress of new agents and provide regular reports to management
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new agents as they transition into their roles within the Company
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, particularly within the travel industry, is preferred but not necessary
