Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Front Desk workers who are responsible for ensuring excellence, efficiency, and consistency with service and hospitality at the Front Desk. This person is passionate, service-oriented, positive, and hard-working with a love for health and fitness capable of providing the highest level of customer service.
Duties:
- Embrace the company’s culture, values, and behavior.
- Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to Padel United Sports Club guests, handling issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner.
- Assist with daily tasks and projects.
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
- Maintain product knowledge for all front desk, café, and retail operations.
- Help maintain the aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture
- Assist with the training of new Front Desk team members.
- Assist the Operations Team in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on the operating condition of the facility.
- Sell classes, lesson, memberships, etc including renewals and ancillary service goals by pre-planning the month with strategic outreach, and securing member referrals.
- Assist with Community and Experiential Marketing Programming including hosting events and workshops for lead generation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service
- Passion for fitness and wellness and proven experience as a leader.
- A LOVE for service, hospitality, and making people around you happy.
- Amazing communication skills — must be able to set clear expectations and give/receive feedback clearly and effectively.
- Experience in building teams, training employees, and executing processes/brand standards.
- Able to work a non-traditional schedule.
- Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
- Must have friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
