DeliverThat operates a routing & logistics platform connecting restaurant catering delivery with a nationwide network of independent contractors who fulfill them.
We are looking to add a few AMAZING full time and part-time CSR's to our team. Our CSR's are the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls, text messages and chat requests. They field inbound requests from drivers, restaurants and other partners. DeliverThat strives to provide the rewarding work environment you deserve. Our CSR's use Slack, CRM software and Google Business suite to keep our partners aware of potential issues.
The perfect candidate will have excellent communication, organization, time management, computer and multitasking skills. Previous job experience in a high volume call center is preferred.
We currently have the following shift available:
PART TIME:
- Monday- Friday, 8am - 12pm, 9am - 1pm, or 10am -2pm
FULL TIME:
- Tuesday- Saturday, 11:00am -7:30pm
- Sunday - Thursday, 10am- 6:30pm
*Bilingual candidates may be eligible for additional hourly compensation*

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
