Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Owner, Director, and Assistant Director, the Teacher will be responsible for directing all aspects of the specific classroom program and executing the daily curriculum. The Teacher will work towards building a strong foundation for a lifetime of active learning through play, language, a creative hands-on learning curriculum, and a motor skills development program that promotes age-appropriate movement, brain development and good health.
Qualifications and Skills:
- The Teacher must be 19 years of age, have at least 60 hours from an accredited college or University with 6 hours in ECE and meet all DCFS qualifications.
- Documentation of a physical examination and TB skin test is required as well as a background check. In addition, current CPR/First Aid certification is required. Online classes are available for a minimal cost.
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds and stand or sit for long periods of time.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
