We have an immediate full-time opening for a Document Specialist / Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to work full-time.
Position Summary
The full-time position is a Document Specialist / Customer Service position with a prominent legal services firm based in Philadelphia. The successful candidate will be expected to quickly develop product knowledge, document preparation, and organizational skills. This role is document preparation, proofreading & filing; with customer service tasks involved.
Candidates must:
- Answer telephone calls and multi-task
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Be friendly, outgoing, and have strong customer relation skills
- Be detail oriented and follow instructions
- Be dependable, honest and trustworthy
- Good Business Communication Skills
- Dress professionally
- Have exemplary attendance and punctuality
- Have strong proofreading skills
- Have ability to use basic math skills to problem solve
- Be eager to take on new projects and responsibilities as needed
- Experience working as a professional receptionist (preferred)
- Have high school diploma or GED qualification required

- Welcome clients in a professional and respectful manner
- Answer multi-line phone
- Inbound phone order taking
- Document preparation, proofreading & filing
- Sort and scan documents
- Data entry
- Acting as a team player
- Special projects & other administrative tasks
