We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including hiring, talent management, performance review processes, support for disciplinary actions, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within a healthcare setting and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Oversee the performance review process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback is provided.

Support managers in handling disciplinary actions, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, career development, and workplace policies.
