Seeking an Office Coordinator for a medical-retail office. Our work environment is customer-centric, rewarding and collaborative. We are seeking an individual with great people skills who can offer a superb customer experience to our patients. Training will be provided.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for greeting patients, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, filing insurance claims, maintaining office cleanliness, record keeping and filing. Answers general questions regarding the clinic, its service offerings, and in doing so demonstrates superb customer service with a patient centered attitude. The job is rewarding and the work environment is fun, but the expectations for job performance are high. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Possesses a strong customer service focus
* Customer service or sales background is a plus
* Must be a great multi-tasker
* Excellent organizational skills
* Able to generate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Must be proficient in computer keyboarding skills as well as in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
