Skills:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage and schedule appointments
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
-Ability to enter, modify, and remove appointments
-Ability to enter insurance information correctly for billing purposes
-Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Birthday is paid and off as long as request is submitted 2 weeks in advance, holidays paid, as well as a flexible schedule when needed.
