Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service for our landscaping firm, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and assistance with inquiries related to our landscaping services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding our landscaping services, pricing, scheduling, and more.
- Schedule appointments for landscaping consultations, maintenance, and other services.
- Input and maintain customer information and service requests accurately in the company database.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, seeking resolutions that satisfy both the customer and the company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.53 - $26.12 per hour
