**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service and internal communications support services.
**Principal Job Duties:**
· Audit calls taken by our call center team for information accuracy and the level of customer service provided.
· Responsible for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of completed paybox repairs.
· Act as a customer service liaison to patrons regarding operational inquiries, questions, refunds, etc. via email and phone communications.
· Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Communicate with customers on an as needed basis.
· Communicate with co-workers and management to remain up to date on any information regarding the system that may need to be relayed to callers (system issues, updates, etc.).
· Communicate interdepartmentally regarding system issues needing repair or further investigation on how the issue affects the meter system.
· Familiarity with administrative systems and procedures
· Other related duties as assigned.
