We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: The Specialty Pharmacy Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and growth of our specialty pharmacy services. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in specialty pharmacy sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including physicians, clinics, and hospitals, to promote specialty pharmacy services.
- Leverage an existing customer base to expand our market presence and increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide education and support to healthcare providers about our specialty pharmacy offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in specialty pharmacy sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of specialty pharmaceuticals and the healthcare industry.
- Existing customer base within the specialty pharmacy market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
