Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our faith-based accounting firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
-Maintain accounts receivable
-Assist with editing of financial statements using Word and Excel
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents
Qualifications:
- Proficient WORD and EXCEL programs
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
