Are you a professional in administrative careers with at least 5 years of experience in sales-related roles for the United States? We're seeking our next Senior Business Development Representative with excellent bilingual skills to execute established strategies for attracting and recruiting new agents and agencies for Claro Insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with end users to achieve closure.
- Reach out to potential clients and qualify them through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Follow up with all agents and agencies to achieve closure.
- Conduct customer surveys and develop sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Prepare business documents and pricing.
- Provide prompt and thorough responses to all customers.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level (B2).
- Completed undergraduate or technical degree or in the final semesters.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales-related roles.
- Experience in negotiation and strategies for attracting new clients.
- Ideally with experience in insurance brokerage.
What We Offer:

- Competitive annual salary between $70,000 and $100,000 USD (salary negotiation depends on the profile)
