- Ensure the agency’s compliance with Agency and DDS Policies and procedures
- Implementation of and update to, as needed, agency’s Quality Assurance Plan.
- Oversight of host homes, including bi-monthly home visits, maintaining medical book in homes and office, follow-up on healthcare and medical needs and training
- Conduct monthly meeting with Oversight Nurse to follow-up on Nurse’s home visits and address any needs in the homes or related to healthcare of individuals.
- Conduct Monthly /Quarterly meetings with Staff.
- Conduct Recruitment Info Sessions and Trainings on policies and procedures
- Ensure agency compliance with all clients’ Individual Support Plan/ appointments, and residential objectives.
- Participate in Annual ISP meetings and case conferences.
- Participate in intake meetings and obtain all necessary information for intake.
- Prepare court reports, as needed, and present cases in court for annual reviews.
- Ensure agency compliance with all Federal, District and, where appropriate, other municipality laws, codes and regulations.
- Assists in the development and implementation of strategies, tactics, trainings, programs and activities related to assuring compliance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to Quality Assurance
- Write and review annual (ISP) and quarterly reports of individual’s status and progress and ensure distribution to relevant parties (families, service coordinator, etc.)
- Respond to and correct issues and alerts which result from reviews, home visits or any communication from DDS, within provided time frames.
- Serve on a rotating basis as on-call staff for after-hours emergencies.
