Overview/Background:
We are a Real Estate company who specializes in off-market real estate acquisitions across California & Washington. This role will be responsible for calling and following up with “warm leads” from our marketing team with the objective of purchasing the clients property. This is a phone sales role following up with leads, however, it is not a cold-calling role. You will be responsible for following our sales script and we will teach you everything you need to know about the role.
Role is Mon-Fri (with availability after-hours) and is in-person at the office in Costa Mesa/Fountain Valley. Hours are typically from ~8:30am to ~6pm. Pay is $2K base/month + 10% of closed sales volume. Typical earner will make $85K-$125K in the role. This is a sales role so it really depends on you!
Role & Responsibilities:
· Receive/make 200+ calls per day (some may or may not answer)
· Make offers and follow up with leads for properties
· Analyze properties, look at comparables, and determine cash offers (will be trained)
· Evaluate properties and get contracts with potential sellers to purchase their home
· Reach out and get contracts from homeowners that want to sell their property.
· Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs and more.
· Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.
· Love helping people and great at building rapport.
· Excellent verbal and written skills.
· Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude.
What does a typical day look like for an Acquisition Specialist? (We will teach you our phone script, how to make offers, do follows ups, systems, everything!)
· Start your day and touchbase with new/untouched leads submitted and gauge their Timing/Motivation in selling
· Transition to your scheduled Follow Ups
· Circle back with leads who haven’t answered or who we haven’t been able to touch base with
· In the midst of all of this, make offers on properties, receive incoming calls from customers, send out contracts, etc.
